Return & Refund Policy (Eau de Parfum Products)

We take great care in delivering high-quality fragrances. Due to the personal and sensitive nature of perfumes, all Eau de Parfum products are non-returnable once delivered and opened.

Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged, leaking, or incorrect condition. To be eligible, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or video proof.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approval for replacement or refund will be processed accordingly. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
